What is the Journal of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and Infant Mortality?

The Journal of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and Infant Mortality is a new journal. As such, it does not yet have the prestige of some more established journals. Therefore, it is likely that it will take some time before researchers will submit their 'best research' for publication first in that journal. However, it is the only journal dedicated to SIDS, and its editor, Doctor Roeder, has been involved with SIDS research for many years. I believe it will become an important source of information and communication about the scientific aspects of SIDS with time.
