Your Brother & Little Austin

YOUR BROTHER

Did you know you have a brother?
Yes, a big brother is he.
He was here the day you came
and forever with you will be.

He was proud of you, his little pal.
His eyes still twinkle when
your name is spoken in the house
Every now and then.

He told all his little friends
about the new baby at home.
He wanted them all to know
that you had finally come.

And when we had to tell him
that you had gone away,
the first thing he said to all his friends was,
"The clouds got another one today."

LITTLE AUSTIN

Little Austin, what a dream.
You came upon us late.
We loved you more than you could know.
But you've gone beyond the gate.

Little Austin, our second son,
You shone so brightly here.
Our hearts were full with two little boys
to love and hold so dear.

Little Austin, if we had known
you were to leave our home so soon,
we would have held you every moment
Under sun and under moon.

Little Austin, you're with Jesus now;
You're happy, warm and well.
But we miss you more each passing day,
more than words can tell.

Little Austin, please wait for us
until to heaven we come.
Then we'll hold you every moment
Under moon and under sun.
